Why Choose Us

About Our Practice

Maximum Orthopedics is a full service multi-specialty practice specializing in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries sustained in work related accidents, auto accidents, and other injuries such as slip and falls, sports injuries, scaffolding collapses, etc.

Our team of Doctors specializing in the treatment of these types of injuries ensures that all patients will get the proper diagnosis, treatment and documentation of their injuries to help them recover as quickly as possible, while navigating the complexities and uniqueness of Workers Compensation and Auto Insurances.

Our practices are conveniently located on subway stops so that patients who rely on public transportation can have easy access to excellent medical care.  Our practices have staff members who are bilingual in English and Spanish to help ensure easy communication for those patients whose first language is Spanish.

Our experienced staff understands the importance of timely filing of your NF-2 form (initial paperwork for automobile accidents) and the C-3 form (initial report of a work injury).  We have a full understanding of the medical treatment guidelines that were put forth by the Workers Compensation Board, and also know how to request and fight to get you the proper care if that care is outside of the guidelines by filing an Mg-2 form (needed in Workers Compensation cases to obtain permission for many tests and procedures).  We also are experts at filling out the necessary paperwork that must accompany every doctors visit (the C-4 and C4.2 forms) which you will need when going to court so that your lost wages can be paid, and to give the judges the necessary information about your medical condition and care to help them to make decisions regarding your case and ultimately how much compensation you may be entitled to.

Our warm and friendly staff will make sure that you feel at home and cared for as you go through your recovery process.  Helping our patients to make the fullest recovery possible from their injuries is our primary concern.  We also understand that the process of dealing with your employer, doctors, attorneys and the workers compensation system can be overwhelming and frightening.  Allow us to help make your journey through this process a little easier. Contact us today for a free consultation on how we can help.
